When creating 11 Inch, we wanted to put our customers first and give them choice. That’s why we’ve worked so hard to create something for everyone. The ‘Vegetarian’ option at most pizzerias is lacklustre, and we sought to break the mould.
We also wanted to honour the history of pizza by focusing on making everything by hand and only using quality ingredients. We hand-knead our own dough and select premium ingredients. Cutting corners or costs is never an option. We need every bite to be the best because that’s what you deserve.
